Adult Individual Therapy

Life doesn't come with a manual. Whether you're navigating major transitions, feeling stuck, carrying old wounds, or simply trying to understand yourself better, therapy can be a powerful way to find clarity, connection, and peace.

I offer individual therapy for adults seeking support with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma (including complex PTSD), relationship issues, stress, burnout, life transitions, and identity work. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit—therapy is also a space to reflect, grow, and realign with the life you want to live.

Healing isn’t always linear. Growth can feel uncomfortable. But having the right support makes a difference. Therapy is not about changing who you are—it’s about uncovering your capacity to feel, choose, and live more fully.

If you’re ready to begin, or even just curious, I invite you to reach out. Let’s see if working together feels like the right fit.

What to Expect

Your first session is a conversation—a chance for you to share what brings you in and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. We’ll explore your story at your pace, and together, we’ll begin to understand patterns, challenges, and strengths.

My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I may draw from evidence-based practices like EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, depending on your needs and goals. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you’re respected as the expert on your own life.
